What you should have after 3–7 days
What this Journey includes
Clarify what must be said
Separate the essential message from every issue you could discuss.
Write a short version
Prepare a respectful opening and one concrete request.
Rehearse once
Review likely responses and your boundaries without scripting the other person.
Take one safe real step
Send a scheduling message, ask for support, or have the conversation.
Missing a step is treated as information, not failure.
Northbound checks whether the step was too large, badly timed, blocked by a constraint, or no longer pointed at the right result. Then your Wayfinder offers one smaller, better-timed, or more honest next step.
Default adjustment: check safety and reduce to scheduling or support request.
Privacy and Companion
Preview of the first step
Write the one sentence you need the other person to understand.
Questions people usually ask
Will Northbound tell me exactly what the other person will say?
No. It can help you prepare possibilities without pretending to predict another person.
What if the conversation may be unsafe?
Ordinary rehearsal stops. The next step is finding appropriate trusted, professional, workplace, legal, or emergency help.
Can I invite someone to review my draft?
Yes. You can invite a Personal Companion and explicitly share only the draft or summary you want reviewed.
How setup works
Setup keeps this template selected, asks only the questions needed to shape the plan, and shows the plan before activation.
