This may be the right Journey if...

You can choose one skill and one small demonstrable result
You want a completed artifact more than a large original idea
You can publish or send the result to at least one person

What you should have after 14 days

Create one small artifact demonstrating a chosen skill
Publish or send it with a concise explanation
Record one piece of external feedback or a deliberate self-review

What this Journey includes

1

Choose one demonstrated skill

Define what the artifact should make visible.

2

Bound the artifact

Choose one small end-to-end output and exclude optional polish.

3

Build the complete path

Finish the artifact before adding enhancements.

4

Publish and explain

Share the artifact with a short context and one feedback question.

When the plan goes off course

Missing a step is treated as information, not failure.

Northbound checks whether the step was too large, badly timed, blocked by a constraint, or no longer pointed at the right result. Then your Wayfinder offers one smaller, better-timed, or more honest next step.

Default adjustment: remove polish and shrink artifact.

Effort and format

Duration: 14 days
Cadence: after session
Effort: 4–6 focused sessions
Reminders: Optional

Choose another approach if...

You need a full portfolio redesign or a production-scale product
The artifact requires confidential or restricted work

Preview of the first step

Choose one skill and write what a reviewer should be able to observe in the finished artifact.

How setup works

1

Confirm that the Journey fits.

2

Adapt the result, pace, and reminders.

3

Review the plan before creating the private Journey.

Privacy and Companion

Do not publish confidential data or restricted work. Private drafts remain private unless explicitly shared.

Continue on your own, or invite someone you trust at any time.

Questions people usually ask

Does the project need to be original?

No. It needs to make your chosen skill visible and be honestly described.

What if I cannot publish it publicly?

Sending it privately to one appropriate reviewer can satisfy the completion condition.

Can I use a tutorial?

Yes, provided you clearly state what you followed and what you changed or understood.
