These Terms govern your use of the Northbound Android application and website provided by Northbound AI. By using Northbound, you agree to these Terms.

Purpose

Northbound is a personal behavior-navigation and reflection tool. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and is not an emergency service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter, the security of your device and the decisions you make using the app. Do not use the app where doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.

Availability

We may improve, change or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the app will meet every individual purpose.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website or app, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code or use Northbound in violation of applicable law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Northbound is provided as-is and without warranties. Northbound AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
